Family Ministry

Want a church where families are valued, where children and teens are welcome and encouraged to participate, where ministry is intergenerational? You've found it. We offer an optional, separate, age-appropriate worship time for children, as well as regular family Sundays where children join in the "adult" service. Teens take an active role in the Sunday morning worship service and have a "youth group" time on Sunday nights created just for them.

Pastor Amanda is our student and family pastor. She would love to answer any questions you might have.

Come and see for yourself. No matter what your family looks like, there is a place here at SPCN for you.

Lighthouse Kids - Preschool

Children can learn, no matter what their age. Lighthouse kids incorporates age appropriate music, stories, and games to teach our youngest that God made them, God loves them, and God wants to be their friend forever. Our loving volunteers have all been interviewed and background checked and can't wait to love on the babies and toddlers.

Lighthouse Kids - School age

School age children are full of wonder and curiosity. They love to have fun and church should be no different! Lighthouse Kids is structured to keep kids moving and engaged. There are games, music, and videos that all intentionally direct children towards the bottom line of that week. Lessons are Biblical and enveloped in fun themes like video games and mud runs! Come and check it out! There is no fee and no obligation. Your kids may come home saying that it was the highlight of their week!

It's a Phase

The days are long, but the years are short. That's what they say about parenting, right? Learn to make the most of the time you have with your children no matter what phase of life they are in. This workshop will provide practical training and eye-opening insights for parents and care givers of children from birth through high school. Don't miss it!
